Cathy has built a life where passion and people are at the core, where inspiring real relationships and transformation are paramount. She has always pursued things she’s passionate about, including leadership, organizational culture, and organizational strategy.

Both are about clarity, focus, and intent, and Cathy believes it should be a results-oriented journey. Her work has helped growth organizations consistently reach the next level by giving them the infrastructure needed to support their desired outcomes.
Cathy's work has helped organizations of all sizes and sectors (both profit & non-profit) throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, India, and the Middle East to develop strategies for continued revenue generation (for-profit) and/or to create alignment and clarity on identified pathways for increased value streams to constituents (non-profit), while also creating high performance cultures through Strategic Facilitation, Consulting, and Leadership Team Retreats, as well as Executive Coaching.

Her entrepreneurial drive has resulted in her ownership of a small business in her early years, at which time she was named a Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business.
